Welcome to my personal training website! My name is Fion and I am a certified strength and conditioning coach based in Elsternwick, near Harleston Park. I have a passion for helping people reach their strength and fitness goals and have personal experience in successfully losing 25kg through a consistent workout routine and proper nutrition.

I understand that everbody has a unique body type, fitness level, and set of goals. That’s why I specialise in creating customised workout plans that focus on building strength, power, and endurance. Whether you’re looking to increase your deadlift, bench press, or simply become more toned, I am here to help you achieve your goals.

Exercise is not only beneficial for physical health, but also for mental health. Regular physical activity can help to reduce symptoms of stress, anxiety, and depression, as well as improve mood and overall cognitive function.

When we exercise, our bodies release chemicals called endorphins, also known as “feel-good” hormones. These chemicals act as natural painkillers and can improve our overall sense of well-being. Additionally, exercise can also increase the production of other chemicals in the brain such as serotonin, which is known to regulate mood and improve overall cognitive function. Regular exercise can also help to reduce symptoms of stress and anxiety by providing a sense of accomplishment and a break from daily stressors. It can also have a positive impact on self-esteem and body image, which can help to improve overall mental health.

Personal Training

Training is located at my fully private and functional home studio gym, no membership required and all equipment provided, outdoor training, 1 on 1, 1 on 2. Kids are more than welcome to come along for free.
